The delegation of the Uzaeronavigation Center took part in a meeting of the heads of air navigation service providers of the Eurasian region. The meeting was organized within the framework of CANSO Eurasia and was held in Almaty.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of multilateral cooperation aimed at improving the safety and efficiency of flights in the region. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of innovative solutions and the promotion of sustainable development principles in the field of air navigation.
Following the meeting, Uzaeronavigation was awarded a first-level accreditation certificate within the framework of the global Green ATM initiative. This achievement was evidence that the Center is actively implementing "green" technologies and is committed to the principles of environmentally sustainable development. It is symbolic that this event took place this year, which in Uzbekistan has been declared the "Year of Environmental Protection and the Green Economy". Thus, this success reflects the harmony of national priorities with global trends in sustainable development.
It should be especially noted that only 12 countries worldwide have received Green ATM accreditation, and the Uzaeronavigation Center is now one of them.
