Uninterrupted and safe air traffic control requires complete readiness for any conditions. A dispatcher's job entails responsibility for the precise and uninterrupted organization of flights, regardless of external factors.
For this reason, the Uzaeronavigation Center also has a mobile air traffic control tower (MAT), developed jointly with a domestic manufacturer. The complex is mounted on a vehicle platform and equipped with an independent power supply system, modern communications equipment, and fully functional workstations for air traffic controllers.
The MAT can be quickly deployed within 15 minutes and is used in situations where permanent infrastructure is unavailable—at temporary airfields, during training exercises, during public events, or as a backup.
