On November 12, 2025, the Directorate of the State Unitary Enterprise Center "Uzaeronavigation" will hold another selection process for graduates of educational institutions to recruit air traffic controllers in the following structural divisions:
Namangan - 2 vacancies;
Andijan - 2 vacancies;
Karshi - 1 vacancy.
Candidate Requirements:
• At least 21 years of age;
Physically healthy and capable of critical thinking;
• Citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English;
• Diploma of full-time education in Air Traffic Control;
• Certificate of English proficiency at Level 4 (or higher) on the ICAO scale.
Note: If you provide a diploma from a foreign university, you must also provide documents confirming the completion of the nostrification process for your foreign diploma, with a positive result.
To register, candidates must visit the website (https://hr.uzaeronavigation.com/), select the relevant vacancy, complete the form, indicate the department in which they will be working, and submit the following documents:
- Identity document;
- Diploma of completion from an educational institution with an evaluation sheet;
- Certificate of English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher for air traffic controller candidates.
The selection process is conducted in stages:
- Candidate registration;
- Briefing;
- Test of theoretical knowledge and logical thinking skills;
- Test of practical skills on an air traffic controller simulator.
Individuals who have not completed the form on the website by November 11, 2025, will not be admitted to the selection process, which will take place on November 12, 2025.
