Accomplishments: Holds a certificate of instructor/teacher of Civil Aviation
Graduated from Riga Flight Technical School of Civil Aviation Graduated from the State Flying Academy of Ukraine.
Worked in ATC service as a air traffic controller since 1983. Since 1998 worked in the State Inspectorate for Flight Safety CAA. From 2004 to 2009, he worked in the Executive Office of the Cabinet of Ministers. Since 2012 he has worked as an instructor at the ATCs training complex. Work experience in civil aviation: more than 40 years.
