Holds a higher pedagogical degree and is fluent in English. Has been working in the aviation industry since 1980 and has over 20 years of experience teaching Aviation English to pilots and air traffic controllers, as well as assessing language proficiency in accordance with the ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements (ELP). Has completed specialized training and professional development courses for raters and examiners and possesses a high level of professional expertise in the linguistic assessment of aviation personnel.
Graduated from Perm State Pedagogical University (Perm, Russian Federation) in 1975, majoring in English and German.
Has been working in the aviation industry since 1980 to the present. From 1995 to 2018, worked as an Aviation English Instructor at the Training Center of Uzbekistan Airways, providing training to pilots and air traffic controllers, as well as assessing language proficiency in accordance with the ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements (ELP). Has experience working as a Government Rater in Aviation English and has completed initial training and regular recurrent professional development courses for raters and examiners.
