This Training Program is designed to provide minimum qualifications for personnel performing work on developing procedures for AC maneuvering in the aerodrome area according to instrument flight rules. In order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the National regulatory framework, reflecting the provisions of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices. The program is designed for the initial training of maneuvering procedure designers.
