The ATC Training Complex, established on August 30, 2023, is a unique institution that combines training for civil aviation specialists and testing knowledge of ATC controllers on a radar simulator. Equipped with advanced technologies and experienced instructors with 40 years of experience and a high level of English (IELTS 7.0+), the ATC TC offers quality preparation and training at a high level. It is part of the SUE Center «Uzaeronavigation» and focuses on training, retraining, professional development of aviation specialists, and simulator training for ATC controllers.

To become an Air Traffic Controller / ATC Dispatcher at the SUE «Uzaeronavigation» it is necessary to have a degree in this specialty, which can be obtained at the Tashkent State Transport University.
To be employed as an ATC Dispatcher, it is necessary to have a document confirming the completion of education in this specialty, proficiency in English (with a certificate of at least level 4 according to the ICAO language proficiency scale), excellent health condition (after the selection procedures, the candidate is sent to undergo a medical and flight expert commission), as well as to pass a special selection for this profession at the Directorate of the SUE «UzAeroNavigation».
