The Training Complex was founded on 31 August 2023 and is currently the first unique training complex, which combines the training of civil aviation specialists as well as knowledge testing and training of Air Traffic Controllers on the ATC simulator. The Training Complex is equipped with advanced technologies, and the best conditions for high-level training and exercises have been created. Competent instructors-teachers with long experience in civil aviation; most of the instructors have more than 40 years of experience in civil aviation, as well as instructors-teachers with knowledge of the aviation English language work in the Training Complex. English language instructors have an IELTS level of at least 7.0

To become an Air Traffic Controller / ATC Dispatcher at the SUE «Uzaeronavigation» it is necessary to have a degree in this specialty, which can be obtained at the Tashkent State Transport University.
To be employed as an ATC Dispatcher, it is necessary to have a document confirming the completion of education in this specialty, proficiency in English (with a certificate of at least level 4 according to the ICAO language proficiency scale), excellent health condition (after the selection procedures, the candidate is sent to undergo a medical and flight expert commission), as well as to pass a special selection for this profession at the Directorate of the SUE «UzAeroNavigation».
